Nuclear Staining Prediction

ValitaCell have built AI models that map from unstained MSCs (Mesenchymal Stem Cells) images onto virtual stains. Nuclei can be difficult to identify in brightfield images, but the CellAi® model can replicate staining as shown below in our staining prediction.

Cell Viability Prediction

CellAi® can also quantify CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) cell viability without staining. Our team used AI to learn from propidium iodide staining and predict cell viability information from brightfield images. Now, without any staining but only a brightfield image, we are able to predict whether a cell is alive or dead.
